Description

Microsystems Controls / Microcoin SP. Industry standard, and leader in electronic coin mechanism for arcade games, and other coin-operated markets.

The Microcoin SP coin mech is a high speed, multi-coin validator, capable of accepting coins up to 6 coins per second. It is packed with features including on-board programming, and can be configured to accept up to 12 different kinds of coins or tokens, at speed, without compromising the operation of the validator. Coupled with comprehensive software support packages, the Microcoin SP provides a modern solution which can be maintained in-house.

Please note that to utilise On-Board-Programming features, the SP must be custom configured for this option at the time of purchase, or to make these adjustments yourself, to connect to a PC to perform configuration changes, a separate programming interface is required, and sold separately.

The Microcoin SP uses its own custom 115mm, or 155mm high, illuminated faceplates.

Please note that faceplates are not supplied with the coin mech, and must be purchased separately.

Installation into your cabinet may or may not also require an Interface PCB, and 10-way Ribbon lead, available for purchase separately.

Default Programmed Configuration as supplied by Zax Amusements

SP Coin mechs supplied by Zax Amusements are configured for PULSE interface mode, and come programmed for AUD $1 and $2 coins ONLY.

Both of these coins are programmed in Category Channel Slots 11 and 12 respectively.

These two categories are configured to pulse on Output Channel 4, (once for $1, or twice for $2, to mimic the original industry standard of NRI coin channel outputs).

By default, the Accumulator Output Channel 6 is disabled, and cannot be enabled without a PC programming interface, (or by request at time of purchase).

If you require a specific configuration of output channels or coin category configuration, you must specify this at the time of purchase, before dispatch.

If you need Zax Amusements to make programming adjustments after the fact, a programming adjustment fee is applicable.
