Whack N Win - Hit Pad Sensor Update Kit

This part is a replacement for Part No. WN15052X – Whack N Win Hit Pad Sensor (commonly referred to as the Version 1 sensor).

When upgrading from the WN15052X to the Version 2 Hit Pad Sensor, a one-time firmware update to the game’s Brain Board is required. This update only needs to be completed once.

To perform this update, the E02134XX PCB on the Brain Board must be replaced. This is handled as a changeover procedure, where a new-version Brain Board is supplied in advance and the older version is returned to the manufacturer/supplier.
The total cost for the Version 2 Hit Pad Sensor and the changeover Brain Board PCB is $780 + GST.

There are two options for the exchange process:

You may send in your existing Brain Board first for exchange.

Once this is received at Zax, we will dispatch the new Hit Pad Sensor and replacement Brain Board.

Alternatively, if you dont want to put your game out of order, we can ship the replacement parts in advance upon payment of a refundable deposit of $955 + GST, which will be refunded once the original Brain Board is safely returned.
