The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Deposits and Refund Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Zax Amusements
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase goods from Us normally stocked.
- “Special Orders” means ordering of non-stock goods for customer from manufacturer eg: a specific Pinball Machine
- “Service” refers to the Website.
- “Website” refers to ZAX Amusements, accessible from https://www.zax.com.au/
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- “Deposit” means a dollar value “You” have credited to the Company as security or collateral for the delivery of goods. The “Deposit” may be defined as refundable or non-refundable.
- “Manufacturer” means the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Cancellation of your order may be possible under the following conditions:
- The Service or Company indicated goods were in stock at time of order placement, however nil stock of goods at time of picking the stock.
- A deposit had been provided as security for goods; however, reduced supply of goods from manufacturer impacts order fulfilment. Cancellation will be accepted and full deposit refunded.
Non-refundable Deposits are usually required for Special Orders against manufacturer, or to hold/protect low restricted qty Goods on Order or Goods in stock against sale. If cancellation is requested, your order will be cancelled but your deposit forfeited.
If the company is able to find a new buyer within 7 business days of cancellation, the company will refund the deposit less a restocking fee at 15% value of the Goods.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval to your account or credit card less any applicable re-stocking fees.
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Returning Goods Eligibility
Goods will only be accepted for return if all of the following conditions are present:
- Product was in stock at time of order.
- Request is received within 7 days from customer’s receipt of goods.
- Returned goods will be at the customer’s expense
- Goods must be in “as new” saleable condition including packaging.
- Product was not a special order/non-stock order.
- For all goods accepted and returned to stock, a restocking fee of 15% of the goods value (including GST) will be will be deducted from your account or Credit Card.
Goods will not be accepted for return without written approval from ZAX Amusements.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We will, upon your request, replace any Goods that are received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such Goods.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
