This Shipping Policy applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions to all products purchased via the Zax Amusements online store.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement, setting clear expectations for our service.

Stock Availability

We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, from time to time, discrepancies may occur, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase.
In such cases, we will:

  • Fulfill the available products.
  • Contact you to confirm whether you prefer to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund.

Non-Stocked Products

Some products are highly specialized and may not be stocked by us or the manufacturer. These Non-Stocked Products are made to order and may have extended lead times for dispatch and delivery.
We will notify you of any delays related to these products.

Shipping Costs

Product prices do not include shipping or handling charges. These charges:

  • Are calculated at checkout.
  • May require a separate quote for Bulky Items (e.g., arcade games or pinballs) that need specialized transportation.

Important Notes for Bulky Items:

  • A loading dock or forklift may be required for delivery (OHS compliance).
  • If unavailable, a vehicle with a hydraulic tailgate may be needed, incurring additional charges from the carrier.
  • Deliveries to residential addresses are typically kerbside, meaning you are responsible for moving goods inside. You may need assistance, trolleys, or a pallet jack.

Dispatch Timeframe

  • Stocked Products: Dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Springvale warehouse.
  • Non-Stocked Products: Dispatched within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.
Transit times vary by location; remote areas may take longer.

Deliveries

  • We use multiple carriers depending on your location.
  • Some carriers require a signature and will not leave parcels unattended.
  • If you request unattended delivery, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage.

Orders may arrive in one or multiple deliveries.

Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
If you do not receive this link, please contact us via email.

Delays

Dispatch may be delayed due to:

  • Backordered or overseas items.
  • Supplier issues.
  • Public holidays or industry shutdowns (e.g., Christmas, Easter).
  • Transport company delays.

Collections

If you choose to collect your order:

  • Provide at least 1 hour’s notice before pickup.
  • You must arrange to collect within 5 business days of confirmation, or storage fees may apply.
  • Collection times: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

 Pickup is not available with purchases paid with PayPal due to their Seller Protection policies.
